Yavvana Halwa

Ingredients:

Almond powder 100gms (soaked overnight)
Elaichi 50 gms
Dry Dates powder 100gms
Gasagasalu 100gms
Ghee
Honey
Cow Milk
Mishri

Procedure:

Mix powders of Almond, Elaichi, Dates, Gasagasalu to milk and boil.
Seperately boil milk with mishri
now add both and boil. When it starts bubbling add ghee.


after 5 mins stop and allow it to cool when warm add honey and preserve in a jar.
